Cancellation of appointments require 24 hours of notice or full payment will be necessary. Please note that the services provided are not suitable for emergency or mental health crisis need.

Free Consultation

A free, confidential, 30-minutes telephone/zoom consultation to find out if our services would be right for you or your loved one.

Individual counselling

Fees for ongoing personal therapy are £40 per session. Sessions last 50 minutes, are attended weekly and take place online or face to face.

Students

Low cost individual counselling for students at concessionary rates, subject to availability.

Payment is required before your session and it is made by BACS.
